Subcontractor – HSEQ Systems Audit Checklist

This checklist is to be completed at the subcontractor’s premises/sites looking at their systems and processes as relevant to the scope of services as outlined below (which may be only a portion of the overall subcontractor service). The audit, and outcomes, are used as a tool for selection, engagement and ongoing monitoring of the subcontractor. If non-conformances are found, Improvement notes/CPARs (Actions) will be issued by Broadspectrum and closed off on an agreed time frame. CPARs should also be lodged into the subcontractor’s management system.
