Recently we were told about a problem with gotomypc and printing PDF's remotely using Adobe. When we try to print we get an error. We switched to Edge and are able to print, but the functionality in Edge is not good. We were told this is a known issue at gotomypc. Is there a fix in place or a better work around other than using Edge?

GoTo Manager Re: printing pdf'sFrom our internal testing so far we believe this is isolated to Windows-to-windows sessions, there were no issues observed printing from the Mac viewer. We strongly suspect an Adobe update from Nov 2022 is the root cause of this issue and is related to certain print parameters being excluded from the print job.

We believe Adobe may fix this issue in an upcoming update, but we are also working on a possible fix from out side as well. We will post an update when we have more news to share.
